With its newly-attained Center of Excellence in Orthopedic Surgery (COEOS) accreditation, Ponderas Academic Hospital in Bucharest, Romania, has become the world’s first healthcare facility with five SRC Center of Excellence accreditations. Ponderas Academic Hospital has also maintained the Center of Excellence in Colorectal Surgery (COECS), Hernia Surgery (COEHS), Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery (COEMBS) and Minimally Invasive Surgery (COEMIS) accreditations along with:
– Dr. Catalin Copaescu (COECS, COEHS, COEMBS COEMIS)
– Dr. Vlad Predescu (COEOS)
– Dr. Victor Tomulescu (COECS)
